Fall Inspired – Spiced Pumpkin D’Latte & Pupsicles

dlatteandpupsicles We figured we would concoct a dog version of the Pumpkin Spiced Latte in our kitchen this weekend. It’s called a D’Latte, get it? Dog Latte! Did you know that pumpkin has come amazing benefits for dogs! LIKE! They are low in fat and high in fiber. Fiber is great for dogs with digestive issues like diarrhea or constipation. We have used pumpkin many times especially for aiding in Rolo’s weight loss, it works and he loves the taste. Just be sure that if you are using pumpkin that it is pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling.  Just a note about the spiced pumpkin d’latte…..IT IS MESSY! So allowing your pet to eat this over a floor or outside is recommended, not over carpet! Hey! Did you check out our recipe for another fall inspired recipe we posted the other day.
